Bruce Bekritsky represents creditors in court proceedings and obtains and enforces judgments in their favor. He helps clients collect their money by filing liens, attachments, garnishment, and other enforcement devices. In bankruptcy cases he files proofs of claim, brings motions for relief from the automatic stay, makes objections to the discharge of debts, moves to determine the priority and validity of liens, and takes action to recover fraudulent conveyances and preferential payments.

REAL ESTATE - Bruce Bekritsky has experience in various aspects of real property. He has represented buyers and sellers of one and two family houses and large apartment houses. Before being admitted to the bar, he managed a home inspection service. Bruce has appeared in court on behalf of tenants and landlords in New York City and in Nassau County.
LITIGATION AND APPEALS - Bruce Bekritsky represents and advises clients who may need to sue or have been sued in business and commercial law, contract disputes, family and criminal law. He has appealed cases to the Appellate Division, the Court of Appeals, and the Federal Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
